She was white, female, aged 6 years, 3 months, born on June 20, 1910 in Pennsylvania, and she was attending school. Her parents are Martin Syron, born Ireland, and Margaret McGinty (my note: I believe this should be Bridget Killeen). Burial will be on October 13th in Cathedral Cemetery. The informant was Anna Syron of the same address (Is this her 8 year old sister?). Medical Certificate states she died of accidental burns when she came close to a stove and her clothes ignited.; Witness=Martin Syron, Witness=Bridget Killeen2 
Obituary12 October 1916 The Scranton Republican, Scranton, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, United States; "Burns Prove Fatal To Cecelia Syron - Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Syron is Victim of Fatal Accident.
Her garments lighted when she brushed by a stove at the home of her parents. Cecelia Syron, aged six years, received burns at about six o'clock last night from which she died a few hours later. The accident occurred at the home of her parents Mr. & Mrs. Martin Syron, 1716 Price Street.
Dr. J. J. Carroll was hurriedly summoned to the Syron residence; but the little girl was then beyond medical attention.
She is survived by her parents, two brothers, Thomas and Martin and three sisters, Anna, Marguerite and Mary.
The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the house. Interment will be made in Cathedral cemetery.3

Joining the Royal Artillery. He is 5 ft., 6 inches tall and weights 163 pounds. Minimum chest measurement is 34 inches, maximum is 40. His complexion is Irish, gray eyes, dark brown hair, and he a scar on his right eyebrow and serveral small scars on back and front of body. He is Catholic and after the medical exam was declared fit for service.
He was discharged on November, 11, 1897 with 86 days of service.
Next of kin is listed as his father, Dominick Syron and mother, Honor Merrick Syron of Doonaroya, County Mayo.2
