"Robert Jack Carroll" died on March 7, 1973 in South Bend, Indiana at the age of 55 at 529 S. Carroll St. He was born on May 28, 1917 in Indiana. He was married to Marguerite Leslie and was a proprieter of a tavern and restaurant and was living in Lakeville, Indiana at 115 S. Michigan St. His parents were Thomas Carroll and Mabel Burns, the informant was his wife of the same address. Cause of death was infarction of myocardium due to coronary thrombosis - of 20 minutes duration. He had a history of hypertensive cardiac vascular disease for 10 years and had diabetes. No autopsy was performed. Burial was on March 10, 1973 in Westlawn Cemetery in North Liberty and the funeral home was Harden Memorial Chapel in Lakeville, Ind.; Principal=Robert John Carroll²
