His wife is Dorothy Bindon and his father is Joseph McCarthy, born Ontario and Margaret Gibbons also born in Ontario. Information provided by his wife of 44 Gifford Street. Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery on 23 February 1943 and undertaker was F. Roran of Toronto. Medical certificate states that he died on the 21st of February and had been seen by his doctor since the 13th and was last seen by him on the 20th.
