I hereby revoke all other and former wills that may have been made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament. It is my will and desire that the Debenture bonds at present held by me, to the value of 4.000.00, be realized by my executor, and the proceeds divided as follows: To my daughter, Mary Joseph Martin, wife of Patrick Martin, the sum of 562.00. to my daughter Augustus Dodd, wife of John Dodd, the sum of 562.00. To my daughter Hannah Gleeson, wife of Patrick Gleeson, the sum of 772.00. To my daughter Louisa Cotter, wife of John Cotter, the sum of 772.00. To my daughter Margaret Tobin, wife of James Tobin, the sum of 772.00. To my son James Bindon the sum of 560.00. I give, devise and bequeath to my said daughter Mary Joseph Martin all my right, title and interest in and to ALL THAT farmland and premises owned by me, situate at Flatrock, in the Electoral District of St. John's East, and at present occupied by her. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate, of which I may die possessed, I give, devise and bequeath to my said daughter Louisa Cotter. I hereby appoint my said son James Bindon to be the sole executor of this my last will and testament. Thomas is predeceased by his beloved wife Winnie O'Grady; his parents, James and Theresa Bindon and his brothers: Andrew, James and John (Frances). He is survived by his loving children: Wynanne (Jean-Francois Painchaud), James (Mabel Loung) and Thomas and his adored grandchildren: Quinn, Meaghan, Sarah, Louise and Stella. Dear brother of Marie (Cyril Power), Louise (late Joe Doyle), and Winnie (James Carew), and brother-in-law of Eileen Woll, Maureen Power, Louise O'Grady and Jerry O'Grady (Betty). Thomas will be sadly missed by his dear friends, Patricia Carroll and Lois Scharfe and his many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Paul the Apostle Church (1111 Taylor-Kidd Blvd, Kingston) on Saturday, January 21, 2006 at 12:30 pm. Father Leo Bryne officiating. Rite of Committal will follow at the Cataraqui Cemetery. Friends will be received at the James Reid Funeral Home, Cataraqui Chapel (1900 John Counter Blvd, Kingston, 613-544-3411) on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
