Land*16 December 1795 Orange County, North Carolina, USA; On the 19th of July 1809, 2000 acres was sold to Joshua Holt. This was land originally granted to Robert McKamie in 1795 and later sold to Hugh Hunter and then to Elias Parker.5

Land4 May 1809 White County, Tennessee, USA; "The State of Tennessee No. 852: To all these presents shall come greetings, Know ye that by vestra of part of warrant No. 1692 dated the 19th of February 1797 issued to David Ross by John Armstrong entry officer of the claims of the North Carolina Western lands and entered on the 29th day of August 1807 by No. 128 as an occupant claim there is granted by the said State of Tennessee unto Robert McKamy assigned of the said David Ross a certain tract or parcel containing two hundred acres lying in White County in the second district ninth range and second section on the Boiling Fork of Elk River beginning on the western boundary of said Section at a black oak running from thence with the same North one hundred seventy eight and nine tenth poles to a White Oak near a large pond thence west on along said pond one hundred and Seventy eight and nine tenths poles to the beginning Survey, September 10, 1807 with the hereditaments and appurtenances , to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with its appurtenances to the said Robert McKamy and his heirs forever. In witness whereof John Sevier, Governor of the State of Tennessee hath here unto set his hand and caused the great seal of the State to be officed at Knoxville on the twenty first day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nine and of the Independence of the United States the thirty third.

Robert Mckamy is entitled to the within mentioned tract of land.
Note: Sold 100 acres of above to James Montgomery 1811.8
